• Parents must currently be a policy holder with a Homeowner, Farmowner, Mobilehome owner, Renter's Policy, or Owner-Occupied Policy with Heartland Mutual Insurance Company. 
• The graduating high school senior is planning to attend an accredited post-secondary education institution in the fall of 2018 as a full time student. 
• Apply prior April 1, 2018 
• Funds will be dispersed upon completion and presentation of transcript for the Fall semester of 2018.
