09/24/2014 2:26 pm
Two hundred thirty-eight district residents responded to our on-line survey. The mixture of those voting for and against the last referendum mirrored the election results indicating this to be a good sampling. Generally speaking, most who voted in favor of the last referendum believed the proposed new facility to be the best long-term solution and a great investment in our community. Those voting against were concerned the project was too expensive and were uncomfortable moving out of the current middle school. Each group indicated the need for improved communication.
