The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction released its annual school report cards today, and we are proud to announce that our district, as well as all three of our individual schools received a rating of "Exceeds Expectations." Our district rating of a 79.9 is among the highest in the area.
West Salem Superintendent Troy Gunderson released the following statement: "We are excited about all three of our school buildings reaching the level of Exceeding Expectations. This achievement is identified as the overall goal in the Teaching and Learning Initiative included in our district strategic plan. The congratulations, recognition, and credit goes to our dedicated teachers, support staff, and administrators who Serve with Passion every day to provide the instruction, support, and leadership necessary to make this happen. Well done West Salem!"
