Three Rivers Golf Association Scholarship

Not just for golfers!

TRGA Juniors Scholarship

A $500.00 general scholarship will be awarded to one female graduating senior and one male graduating senior.  In addition, a $250.00 golf scholarship will be awarded to one female graduating senior and one male graduating senior.

The selections will be based on the following criteria:

1.Attitude.  Consider the attitude of the candidates toward their school, their teachers and other students.  Do they have a lot of self respect and take pride in their work?  Do they respect others and their opinions?  Are they good-natured but serious about their future?

2.Dependability.  Do the students have a sense of responsibility about their work and their attendance?  Are they punctual?  Are they cooperative and able to work with others?

3.Initiative.  Are their work and study habits good?  Are they alert and do they display a willingness to learn?  Do they have a good breadth of interests?

4.Scholarship.  Have the students demonstrated the ability to do post secondary work?  Are their goals realistic?
