WSTF Scholarship

NEW THIS YEAR: Eligibility requirements

Students whose family is served by a WSTF participating local exchange carrier (phone, broadband or TV provider must be Lynxx Networks) in a graduating high school class in Wisconsin are eligible for a Foundation scholarship. Each applicant must be endorsed by a participating local exchange telephone company. Please check with your local exchange carrier (Lynxx Networks – Katie Kopplin / Katie.kopplin@getlynxx.com as you will need a letter of recommendation from them to be eligible for a scholarship).

Special Note on Tech Schools

Technical Colleges are an important resource for students and qualify for WSTF Scholarship Awards. This year the Foundation will award a minimum of twenty-four (24) scholarships to high school seniors graduating in 2026. Each scholarship will be a one-time award of $1,500. Two-year technical college applicants are also eligible for the one-time award of $1,500. In addition, the Foundation will also award up to five (5) scholarships to high school seniors graduating in 2026 that will be attending a two-year technical college. These two-year technical college scholarships will be a one-time award of $1,000.

Students wanting to attend a Technical College are encouraged to apply for a scholarship.
